Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Floral Fete, we take pride in every product. Because we deal with delicate, perishable products, we have specific guidelines to ensure your experience—and your flowers—are nothing short of blooming marvelous.

We are committed to delivering unique handcrafted floral arrangements. Our policies are designed to help you better understand what to expect from our products and services. By placing an order with us, you are deemed to have read and accepted the following terms and conditions.

  • We delivery across Delhi-NCR.


Product Substitution Policy

We put a lot of effort in curating the products for you and try our best that you order looks just like the photos. However due to real time and seasonal availabilty, if a specific flower, color, vase and box is unavailable, we substitute it with similar item of equal or greater value. Substitutions are always made keeping the overall look, style, and theme of the arrangement in mind. If you choose to upgrade to a higher-priced option due to unavailability, you will be charged the price difference.

Important: Substitutions are not grounds for refunds or credits.


Cancellation & Refund Policy

Note: Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified. In case of cancellation no Refunds will be issued. Please double check all order details before confirming.


Delivery Options & Timelines

The Floral Fete shall endeavour to deliver the products to the recipient as per the delivery option selected by the user while placing the order. The delivery time is subject to location you provided for delivery.

For the convenience and requirement of the customer, The Floral Fete provides four options of deliveries:

  • Morning Delivery

  • Express Delivery

  • Fixed Time Delivery

  • Mid Night Delivery

We charge nominal amount from customers for selecting morning, fixed time delivery and mid night delivery and such charges are display on the webpage while selecting the timeframe for delivery.

However, under fixed time deliveries, we are obliged to deliver your product as per your opted time but it is always subject to factors beyond its reasonable control (“Force Majeure Events”) including:

  • Unexpected travel delays from courier partners

  • Weather conditions

  • Political disruptions

  • Strikes

  • War

  • Lockdown

  • Other unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your e-mails and SMS regularly for updates.


Flower Condition & Delivery Restrictions

  • Flowers may be delivered in fully bloomed, semi-bloomed or bud stage.

  • The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address.

  • Before any festival or major occasions, we suggest you to place your order at least 5 (five) days in advance.

  • Products that are hand delivered cannot be delivered along with courier products.

  • The products may reach to the recipient at two different times or days.


Same-Day Delivery Cut-off Timings (IST)

  • Same-day standard time delivery: before 6:00 pm, Monday – Sunday

  • Same-day fixed time delivery: before 6:30 pm, Monday – Sunday

  • Same-day midnight delivery: before 7:00 pm, Monday – Sunday

You acknowledge that requested delivery time is non-binding. Estimated delivery time depends on the availability of the product and the destination to which you want the product to be delivered.

Delivery may be affected by and may take longer due to Force Majeure Events.

In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. You must check your e-mails and SMS regularly for updates.


Attempted Delivery Policy (Perishable Items)

For perishable items like cakes and flowers, we attempt delivery of your order only once. In the event the delivery is not executed during the attempt, you shall still be charged for the order and no re-delivery will be possible.

We will consider the order executed in the below cases:

  • Wrong shipping/delivery address

  • Recipient not available

  • Premises locked

  • Recipient refusing to accept the delivery

In case if the recipient is not available, he/she can inform the delivery person to deliver the order to the gate/reception/neighbour.

Proof of delivery will be provided in case of any dispute in delivery.


Non-Availability at Delivery Address

If there is no one available at the shipping addresses to accept the delivery of your order at the time of delivery, the order will not be considered late. Hence in such cases, no refunds, cancellations, liability can be made.

We will surely try our best as mentioned below:

  • Call the recipient to schedule an appropriate delivery time

  • Leave a note on the recipient’s door asking them to contact the florist

  • Leave the bouquet/arrangement in a covered, secure area of the home (porch, garage, or other entrance)

  • Leave the bouquet/arrangement with a neighbour and place a message on the recipient’s door with this information


Midnight Deliveries

Subject to the other terms of the shipping disclaimer, delivery will be made between 11:00 PM to 11:59 PM on the chosen delivery date.

Note: For Mid night delivery, please choose the date of delivery a day prior to the date of occasion.


Fix Time Deliveries

While we will try our best to ensure the order is delivered as per the fixed time slot selected, subject to the other terms of the shipping disclaimer, the order could be delivered +30 or -30 minutes as per selected time.


Deemed Delivery

Under any class or category of orders, selected by customer, The Floral Fete will attempt delivery only once. In the event the delivery is not executed, due to following reasons, you shall still be charged for the order and no re-delivery will be possible.

We will consider the order executed in the below cases (Deemed Delivery):

  • Wrong shipping/delivery address

  • Recipient not available

  • Premises locked

  • Recipient refusing to accept the delivery

In case the recipient is not available at given address, our delivery boy will try to contact the customer and the customer can inform the delivery person to deliver the product to the gate/reception/neighbour of recipient. As it would be a surprise for recipient, we avoid contacting the recipient in such circumstances.

No request of cancellation, refund or modification would be entertained by us, in such cases. So, we request you to be sure about the details of recipient and his/her availability before placing the order.


Proof of Delivery

On successful delivery, our representative or delivery personnel will request recipient for an acknowledgement of delivery. In case of refusal by recipient either to accept delivery or provide acknowledgment, the e-mail issued by The Floral Fete to user/customer on delivery or deemed delivery of product shall be a sufficient proof of delivery in case of any dispute with customer.
