1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order or using the website The Floral Fête (www.thefloralfete.in), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Nature of Goods

Floral arrangements are unique, handcrafted works of art.

  • Variation

    • No two arrangements are identical. Photos on our website represent a style and color palette, not an exact replica.

  • Substitutions

    • We reserve the right to substitute specific blooms or greenery based on seasonal availability and freshness. We will always maintain the integrity and value of the original design.

3. Order & Payment

  • Accuracy

    • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all order details (including card messages and delivery addresses) are correct.

  • Payment

    • Orders are processed only upon receipt of full payment.

4. Delivery & Risk

  • Transfer of Responsibility

    • Once the flowers have been delivered to the provided address or left in a designated “safe place,” the responsibility for the product shifts to the customer.

  • Access

    • If a delivery is hindered by a locked gate, aggressive pet, or lack of access code, and the recipient cannot be reached, the order will be returned to our studio and a redelivery fee will apply.

  • Hospital/Office Deliveries

    • We are only responsible for delivery to the front desk or concierge. We cannot guarantee delivery directly to a specific room or desk once accepted by the building staff.

5. Cancellations & Modifications

  • Order once placed cannot be cancelled or modified.

6. Freshness Guarantee & Complaints

  • The 24-Hour Window

    • Flowers are perishable. Any complaints regarding quality must be submitted via email with a clear photo within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Resolution

    • At our discretion, we may offer a replacement or a store credit. We do not offer cash refunds for “change of heart” or subjective aesthetic preferences.

7. Intellectual Property

All brand names, logos, and photography on this site are the property of The Floral Fête. Any unauthorized use of our imagery or branding is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Floral Fête’s liability is limited to the total purchase price of the product in question. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
